Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details (if applicable).

For items in stock allow up to 10 business days for delivery.  For items on pre-order allow up to 30 business days for delivery.

In the event that our suppliers are out of stock, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if your item cannot be delivered within this period.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use a third party courier for nationwide shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location, weight of the items, and selected shipping method. You will be able to view the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

If the item is returned because the courier was not able to reach you, you will be liable to cover any return and delivery cost.  Please ensure that your delivery details are correct.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during busy periods like holidays or in cases of extreme weather.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution. We are not responsible for items that are marked as delivered but not received, so please ensure someone is available to receive your package.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.
